Chenhao Li, PhD

Chenhao is a computational biologist working at the interface of microbial genomics, metabolism, and host physiology. He studied computational biology and computer science at the National University of Singapore, where his PhD with Niranjan Nagarajan focused on statistical methods for microbial community data, and was a postdoctoral fellow with Ramnik Xavier at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Broad Institute. He works on method development in close collaboration with experimentalists.
